How to Make "Film Effect" by Photoscape Easily

Open PhotoScape















Step 2
Drag and drop the picture you need

Step 3
Press "Ctrl+M" --- turning upper --- OK

















Step 4 
Press "Ctrl+F" --- Choose "Agfa High" --- OK










Step 5
Click "Save"

You also can modify the effect whatever you want, make a new creation is recommended and supported.
